Cristiano Ronaldo Applauds Son’s Portugal U15 Debut

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., the son of football icon Cristiano Ronaldo, made headlines as he debuted for the Portugal Under-15 national team during the Vlatko Markovic International Tournament in Croatia. Wearing his father’s legendary No. 7 jersey, the young talent entered the match in the second half and helped secure a 4-1 victory over Japan U15.

Cristiano Ronaldo, proud of his son’s first international appearance, shared a heartfelt message on Instagram: “Very proud of you, son!” The moment was even more special with Ronaldo’s mother, Maria Dolores, cheering on from the stands.

Currently enrolled in the Al Nassr youth academy, Ronaldo Jr. has previously trained with Juventus and Manchester United youth teams. Despite eligibility to play for other nations, he chose Portugal, embracing the family’s football legacy.

The teenager is expected to feature in upcoming fixtures against Greece and England, showing early signs of following in his father’s legendary footsteps.
